being a student, i only needed the most basic writing app, and being on a tight budget, this does everything i expected to do..and more great purchase !

By far the most useless, frustrating writing programm I have ever had to work with. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Get something that works, doesnt crash (PERIODICALLY) and can do more. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! I will be happy to pay money for a microsoft word programm anytime.

This does nothing more than the TEXT EDIT program so its a waste of money and time. NOTHING SPECIAL VERY VERY Disapointed

Nither Quick Word or Quick Word+ opened the Microsoft Word 1997-2004 document I had. These two lousy programs cost me 15.00 for nothing!!

Ive tried both the pro version and the quick version. The quick version is a compact version of the pro but its got the best essence of every part.

My epson printer is no longer supported. Waiting for answer from Quick Word Group.

this app is usless! it has nothing in common with ms word. you can’t work with it, making format like in ms word is impossible. it’s like textedit.

I do not know what happened, but since this application updated I have not been able to print anything. If you cannot print from the application, it is pretty much worthless. Please fix this immediately!

What is the purpose of having this app, when I paid for it, when I cannot even print? A document maker which a user cannot print. DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL THE PRINTING IS FIXED

I’ve been using this word processor for a day or two. So far, it’s a solid app that’s good for writing a quick doc. It’s a bit more bare-bones than Microsoft Word, Pages, or even Open Office, but it has all the necessities: tables, bulleted lists, undo/redo, works with .DOC files, header/footer, etc. Since it’s not filled with extra features, it is very fast to start up, unlike most other Word Processors. Its a bit like a better verison of Mac OS X TextEdit, but more word processor than text editor. One very minor (but odd) quirk: it has no keyboard shortcut (e.g. Cmd+S) for saving, just the Save button and Cmd+Shift+S for Save As. Also, the save button behavior is odd, since it always asks me if I want to overwrite the current file (which, 99% of the time, I do). Contrary to another review I just read, Quick Word does, in fact, have a full screen mode (under the View menu).

Well designed and very uncluttered. Easy to use UI just like the other program for PDFs they offer. A welcome edition to my word processors.

This app is exactly the same as Bean, which is a free app that can be downloaded on the web. When I say the same, I mean Identical. EXACTLY THE SAME. Dont make the same mistake I made. I had already downloaded Bean and forgoten about it. Someone on the web pointed out that these two apps look the same. That makes sense because they are the same! Additionally, the dictionary feature in this app does not work, whereas the dictionary feature in the free app DOES work! Apple should pull this app. It is a rip-off. Go to web and get the same thing for free.

Simple and clean.

Very Simple Software. Basic Features of any other text editor out there. This is far away from being compared to Word, not that this is their marketing purpouse but dont let the name fool you! Simple things like creating tables are not available or a simple library of symbols would make this product stand out from the competition. I will rate back again once a the table feature is available in a future version.

I just got this app and it is phenomenal! I love it, does everything i need, everything i used to do with Microsoft Word, i can do with QuickWord! I love it. Worth every penny. If youre in school (like me) and need a word processing software package fast, this is the one and it wont break the bank like those microsoft products. Awesome APP!!!!!

I have had this program for a couple of months. Most of the time it will not save my work. I have also had lots of trouble adjusting the line spacing. Disappointing.

This app quit on me all a sudden, and made me lose my 10 page essay. The service is horrible as well. I sent them two emails and no reply!!!! So Beware!!!!! Ill remove this review on tell i get my money back! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!
