The worst program ever!!!!

This app quit on me all a sudden, and made me lose my 10 page essay. The service is horrible as well. I sent them two emails and no reply!!!! So Beware!!!!!
Ill remove this review on tell i get my money back! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!
